RAFAKO S.A. Boiler Manufacturing Division manufactures high-quality boiler boilers and boiler components including membrane walls, superheaters, drums, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping, headers, rotary air preheaters as well as other elements requiring professional expertise, technical infrastructure and equipment. The division is also able to perform complex assembly operations of the very large structural elements.

More than 70 years of RAFAKO's experience enabled the achievement of high level of manufacture guaranteeing the strength, durability, stability and reliability of the products offered while maintaining important economic aspects. At the same time, the company offers to its customers the highest quality products at the competitive prices. The components manufactured by the company are designed for virtually every possible type of boilers applied in industrial power generation and in utilities, i.e. boilers fired with solid, liquid and gaseous fuels, municipal waste and biomass.

The scope of our offer includes:

  • complex manufacture / delivery of boiler components or other complex steel structures complete with workshop documentation, procurement of necessary materials and quality assurance system,

  • performance of both destructive and non-destructive testing using the company’s own certified laboratory,

  • training of welders in our Professional Training Centre,

  • sales of steel materials at competitive prices.

    Our offer is suitable for both large power-generating utilities and smaller municipal facilities for heat and power generation. We have a modern, certified workshop as well as a professional staff ensuring the execution of modern products within the reasonable time schedule and at a competitive price.
