Official statement regarding the information published by PBG S.A. 5 june 2012

With regard to the information published by PBG S.A. (indirect parent company of RAFAKO S.A.) concerning the application filed by PBG S.A. and its subsidiaries Hydrobudowa Polska S.A. and APRIVIA S.A. for bankruptcy with possible agreement with creditors, the Management Board of RAFAKO S.A. informs that, in Management Board’s opinion, the current situation related with filing of above mentioned applications for bankruptcy shall not have a considerable adverse effect on RAFAKO S.A. activities. Currently RAFAKO S.A. is not a party to any important commercial agreement with the Companies that have filed for bankruptcy aimed at reaching the agreement with creditors and did not issue any warranties or guarantees securing the liabilities of PBG S.A. or its subsidiaries towards the financial sector.
