On May 21st, 2007 Consortium of RAFAKO S.A. and ZRE Katowice S.A. signed a contract with Kielce CHP Plant for combined heat and electric power unit fired with coal and biomass. The contract value is 103.5 MPLN, and the project is scheduled to be completed by October 2008.
